MARK DITZLER

Fantastic Fused Fish, Flowers, and Fauna

March 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th, 2012

9:30am-5:00pm

4-Day Workshop Fee: $825.00 (all materials and lunch included)

This four-day workshop is for fusers who admire the shimmer on a live fish or hummingbird and wish they could recreate those effects in glass. Students will explore new techniques and exotic materials while creating brilliant creatures. Using powders and dichroics, color bars, cast murrini, and other premade elements, students will learn to plan and design work that is “truly wild.” This popular workshop, offered at the Studio at Corning Glass is open to beginning, intermediate, and advanced kiln forming students who are looking for new approaches and techniques to bring new "life" to their work. This workshop is sure to sell out quickly!
