Ordering from Wired Designs Studios is simple. Customers can choose to order via our web site, e-mail or by phone. If you're not happy, let us know. If you are happy, let us know! We'll do our very best to spread the love!
Our web site features a complete and secure "Shopping Cart" system that will guide you through the checkout process as well as, display shipping and handling options. The forms are easy to read and simple to complete.
WD On-Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Customer Registration
Registering to SHOP @ Wired Designs Studios is quick and easy. All customers are asked to input their personal information and select a unique username and password. This will save time for this and future purchases by allowing you to simply enter your username and password prior to checkout.
Order ON-LINE
Ordering from Wired Designs Studios is a breeze with our online catalog.
To browse Wired Designs Studios, select from our list of product categories containing the type of product you are looking for. Next, by selecting the picture or the product by name, you can get a detailed description of that specific product.
After you find a product that you would like to purchase, click "Add to Cart". This will take you to your "Shopping Cart", the list of products that you have selected to order. When you're done shopping, click "Checkout". This will bring you to our secure checkout section. When you have confirmed the information and are finished shopping, click "Order Now".
Upon completion, you will receive an e-mail confimation of your order.

Customers in the United States can call 210.495.4495 between 10am and 6pm CST Monday-Saturday, 12 noon and 6pm CST Sunday to place orders.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Personal and business checks will be accepted for orders that are picked up in person at our location at Artisans Alley. Sorry, no COD shipments.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship via UPS ground unless otherwise instructed. Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. We must have a street address (no PO boxes) for UPS delivery. Large kilns are shipped via motor freight.
Damaged Shipments
All merchandise is closely inspected prior to shipping. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.
UPS: If you notice any damage to the exterior of the packaging, note this on the delivery receipt. Save all packaging materials and damaged product. Contact us immediately. We will file a claim with UPS on your behalf and will replace damaged materials.
Motor Freight: Inspect all shipment immediately upon receipt. If you notice any external danmage to the packaging, do not sign the delivery receipt until you have inspected the goods. If you discover damage upon unpacking te shipmant, indicate it on the carrier's delivery receipt, file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify us.
Return Policy
Before returning merchandise, please call us for authorization and instructions. No cash refunds. A merchandise credit will be issued for merchandise returned in good condition within 30 days of purchase. Restocking fees may apply.
